<br />',88- .1080BO <br /> <br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Betty J. Coffin (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") desires <br />to accomodate Larry D. Coffin and Coffin's Corner, Inc., (hereinafter referred <br />to as "Bor.rower") to the favor of Norwest Bank Nebraska. National Association <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Norwest"); and, <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Norwest and Borrower have entered into various loan arrangements <br />in the original principal amount of $100,000.00 and desire to obtain from <br />Grantor a first priority position for the Deeds of Trust executed by Borrower <br />to Norwest on the following-described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the extension of credit by Norwest <br />to Borrower, Grantor and Norwest do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Grantor does hereby subordinate to the favor of Norwest the real <br />estate mortgage executed and delivered by Larry D. Coffin to Grantor, <br />said mortgage dated October 22, 1986 and. filed for record with the <br />Hall County Register of Deeds on October 22, 1986 as Document <br />#86-106070 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County; <br /> <br />2. Grantor does hereby acknowledge and agree that Norwest's interest <br />in the above-described real estate should now and at all times <br />hereinafter be first, prior and superior to Grantors interest in <br />said real estate; <br /> <br />3. This Subordination Agreement may not be modified or amended without <br />the written consent of both of the undersigned; <br /> <br />4.
