88- 106062 PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE THIS DEED, made this 7th day of November, 1988, by and between James I. Shamberg, Trustee 1 Calade, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, BeneficiarYland patricia Ann Lyons and Leonard Lyons, wife and. husband, Trustors. WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- tion, did execute a Trust Deed which was filed on October 3, 1988, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska, and identified as Document No. 88-105380, conveying to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: All of Lots Eleven (111, Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), excepting the West One Hundred Thirty Feet (W 130') of Lot Fourteen (14) and the West One Hundred Thirty Feet (W 130') of the South 19.88 Feet of Lot Thirteen (13), Lambert's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with additional propertYl and a partial payment of the total consideration has been paid to Beneficiary and the Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in the specific property described above be now released to said Trustors. THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, inter- est, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above described Trust Deed to the specific property described above.
