<br />lIUODWARD & PAM WOODWARD, Husband and Wife; and RICHARD D. WOODWARD & KATHY
<br />WOODWARD, Husband and Wife, whether one or IOOre, herein called the Mortgagor,
<br />and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, F.all County,
<br />Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate
<br />nnrtgage dated September 9, 1983, and recorclecl on October 18, 1983 as
<br />Document No. 83-005567 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in coQSideration of a certain lIPrtgage note for $27,000.00, a valid
<br />subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the
<br />principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the tenns
<br />of the aforementioned real estate IOOrtgage, modified and payable in the
<br />following manner:

<br />A nnrtgage note dated September 9, 1983, on which a
<br />principal balance of $2a,l~3.00 now ranains unpaid,
<br />will be repaid in IOOnthly installments of $340.66,
<br />applied first to interest, balance to principal,
<br />comnencing on November 11, 1988, and continuing
<br />lIPnthly thereafter until January 11, 1989, at which
<br />time the entire unpaid principal balance plus accrued
<br />interest will be fully due and payable. Interest will
<br />accrue at the Mortgagee's Reference Rate with the
<br />initial rate being 12.50 percent per annum.
<br />
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original
<br />real estate lIPrtgage dated September 9, 1983, shall remain the same, and
<br />this Modification Agreement is made a part of the original real estate
<br />IOOrtgage by reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and
<br />their heirs.

<br />3. THIS lOAN IS PAYABLE IN FUlL AT THE END OF FOUR (4) !lONTHS.
<br />AT MATURITY YOU MUST REPAY THE ENI'IRE PRINCIPAL BALANCE OF THE !DAN AND
<br />UNPAID INTERESI' THEN DUE. THE BANK IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO REFINANCE
<br />THE !DAN AT THAT TIME. YOU WILL THEREEORE BE REQUIRED TO MAKE PAYMENT
<br />our OF 0l'HER ASSEl'S YOU MAY OWN, OR YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND A LENDER WILLING
<br />TO LEND YOU THE !lONEY, AT PREVAILING MARKE:I' RATES, WHICH MAY BE OONSIDERABLY
<br />HIGHER THAN THE INTERESI' RATE ON THIS !DAN.
