CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY Electrical Contractors, Inc., A Corporation, Assignors, do hereby assign to the FIVE POINTS BANK, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Aseignors by Assignee in the amount of $20,000.00 the Lease dated March 1, 1975 for the following described premises: The South Half (S~) of Lot Fifteen (15), and All of Lot Sixteen (16), having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake and being located on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~SW~) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on a plat of said property in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor, under a Lease dated March 1, 1975, and known as No. 38, Kuester Lake, Grand Island, Nebraska, It is understood that if the Assignors.pay said indebtedness of $20,000.00, with interest and according to the provisions of the 80nd and Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force or effect.
