<br />87-101093. has been paid in full.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment and of the surrender

<br />of said Trust need and Note secured thereby for cancellation. and in accord-
<br />
<br />ance with the request of the BENEFICIARY named therein, the undersigned

<br />. TRUSTEE, does by these presents, GRANT, REMISE, RELEASE AND RECONVEY TO

<br />from a certain tract of land more particularly described in Warranty need
<br />Book 135, Page 233, as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and also excepting a certain tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed Book 156, Page 580, as recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeda of Ha.ll County, Nebraska, and also excepting a certain
<br />tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed Book 177, Page 653,
<br />as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
