EGGERS, husband and wife, <br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/IOO Dollars <br />($10.00) and other valuable consideration, do grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto DELMAR R. EGGERS and CAROLINE L. <br />EGGERS, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of <br />survivore;hip and not as tenants in common, herein called the <br />Grantees, the following-described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br /> <br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EiSW~) of' <br />Section Fourteen (14), and the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter (SE~NE~) of Section <br />Fifteen (15), all in Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Eleven (II) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />wi th all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br /> <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except for mortgages of record; that they are <br />conveyed subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, <br />reservations and easements of record; that Grantors have good <br />right and lawful authority to convey the same~ and that Grantors <br />warrant and will defend the title to said premises against the <br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br /> <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br /> <br />DatedO;.t~,.f.
