<br />MODIFICATION AND EX'l'ENSION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />88- <br /> <br />105957 <br /> <br />Thomas J. Dolton & Kristie A. Dolton, Husband & Wife and Ronald E. Lukesh <br />& Jean A. Lukesh, Husband & Wife, whether one or more herein called the <br />Mortgagor, and FIVE l'OINTS 8ANK of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska herein <br />called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee an Assign- <br />ment of Real Estate Contract dated 9/6/84 and recorded 9/19/B4 <br />as Document No. 84-004B94 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the Mortgagee's <br />certain Promissory Note for $62,000.00, which is a valid sub- <br />sisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the re- <br />mainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon will be <br />due according to the terms of the aforementioned Assignment of <br />Real Estate Contract, modified and payable in the following manner: <br /> <br />Loan No. 313425 with a present balance of $48,341.21. Payments <br />shall be reduced to $540.00 pee month rejinning October 15, 19BB <br />and each month thereafter with a balloon payment equal to the re- <br />maining principal plus accrued interest due on May 15, 1990. said <br />balloon payment shall be the 20th and final payment in the amount of <br />$46,765.42. <br /> <br />2.
