<br />"h\~to <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SUIT 88- 1 0 5 9 5 2 <br /> <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that on November L, 1988, <br /> <br />Lomas Mortgage USA, Inc., f/k/a The Lomas & Nettleton Company, as <br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District court of Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska, against Donald J. Starkey, as Defendant, the <br /> <br />object and prayer of said Petition being to foreclose a real <br /> <br />estate mortgage held by Plaintiff on the following described <br /> <br />property, to wit: <br /> <br />The East Half (E1/2) of Lot One (1), in Block <br />Seven (7), in Hann' s Third Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />which mortgage was given by Stanley K. O'Brien in favor of The <br />United States National Bank of Omaha on February 16, 1983, <br />subsequently assigned to Banco Mortgage Company on February 16, <br />1983, and then again assigned to Plaintiff on February 28, 1985. <br />Said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 22, 1983, as Document No. <br />83-000841 and the assignments thereof were recorded in said <br />office on February 22, 1983, as Document No. 83-000842 and on <br />September 3, 1985, as Document No. 86-004276 of the Mortgage <br />Records.
