Scheer, a married person, a/k/a Connie M. Smith & Gerald Scl1eer <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". Husband <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto <br />Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust upon that real <br />estate described as: <br /> <br />LOT ThlO (2) IN BLOCK ONE (1), IN JENKINSON SUBDIVISION, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASK <br />IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (S~E~SEi.J OF SECTION <br />ThlO (2) IN TDILNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NllHH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE "6TH P.M. <br />HALL COLJIJTY, NE8RASKA. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust was dated April 1 ,19 8,7 and filed for <br />record on April 8 ,1987 , in the office Ofthe Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87-101920 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust had a stated maturity date of <br />AUQust 1 , 19~; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew <br />and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and <br />extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with <br />NEB. REV. STAT. S 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br />Deed of Trust above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the <br />above-described Deed of Trust is hereby extended to August <br />19J1lL. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically <br />modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants <br />and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of Trust <br />shall remain in full force and effect as security for the <br />remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
