Divis, husband and wife, Trustors, did on or about April 30, 1984, make, execute and deliver unto Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustor conveyed the following-described real property: Lot Twenty Two (22), R & B Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska. as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Superior Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on May 7, 1984 in Trust Records as Document No. 84-002438, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. James M. Carney was substituted as trustee by instrument recorded October 25, 1988 as Instrument No. 88- 105707 of the Trust Deed records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from April 1, 1988 through date, together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold .-the real property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
