DeFreece and Donna J. DeFreece, Husband and Wife, <br />subject to a life Estate of Eldon P. Cunningham, to FirsTier Bank, <br />N.A., Omaha as Trustee for the benefit of FirsTier Bank, N.A., Omaha, <br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 4, 1987 and recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Document <br />number 87-107370 has been paid, and FirsTier Bank, N.A., Omaha, a <br />National Banking Association, the Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed <br />by its endorsement below; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance <br />with the request of the Successor in Interest to Beneficiary named <br />therein, the undersigned as Successor in Interest to the Trustee does <br />by these presents, grant, remi se, release, and reconvey to the person <br /> <br />or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said <br /> <br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described <br /> <br />premi ses but on I y as to such premi ses : <br /> <br />South Thirty Five (35) Feet of lot Three (3), All of lot Five (5), <br />and North Thirty Two (32) Feet of lot Seven (7), Block Nineteen <br />(19), in Scarff's Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtentances <br />belonging to such premises. <br />
