Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a <br />certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated June 21, 1982 wherein DONALD <br />C. BA'ITERSIlAW, is designated as Trustor-Borrower, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is <br />designated as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />LINCOLN, B United States Corporation, is designated as Benefici.sry-Lender. <br />Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register of Deeds office of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on June 23, 1982, in Document No. 82-002545. Said <br />Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the power and sale over <br />the following described property: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7), except the Northerly Four (N4) feet <br />thereof, in Block Six (6). in the Third Addition to <br />the Vill88e of Cairo, Hall County. Nebraska. <br /> <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustor-Borrow~r has breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust and <br />accompany promiasory note by failing to pay the monthly installments of <br />principal and interest of $280.72 for the months of July, August, September <br />and October, 1988, as agreed upon in said promissory note.
