<br />88- 105873 <br /> <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 21 day of <br />October , 19 88, by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGSANo LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", <br />and Murray Thompson, a single person <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower", <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto <br />Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust upon that real <br />estate described as: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4), 8lock One (1), Imperial Village Subdivision to the <br /> <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust was dated October 19 , 19 87 , and filed for <br />record on October 27 , 1987 , in the office ofthe Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, "Nebraska, as Document No. 87-106314 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust had a stated maturity date of <br />October 23, , 19-1lll.; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew <br />and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and <br />extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with <br />NEB. REV. STAT. S 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br />Deed of Trust above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the <br />above-descr1bed Deed of Trust is hereby extended to April 27 <br />19.mL. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically <br />modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants <br />and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of Trust <br />shall remain in full force and effect as securit" for the <br />remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
