HAROERS, Husband and wife <br /> <br />(herein Mortgagor) and <br />(herein Mortgagee). <br />Mortgagor is indebted to 140rtgagee in the principal sum of $ 31,000.00 <br />evidenced by Mortgagors' note dated October '2.Z"'1988 (herein Note) providing <br /> <br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation <br /> <br />for payments of principal and interest, with the balance of the indebtedness, if <br /> <br />not sooner paid, due and payable on <br /> <br />March 15, 1992 <br /> <br />To secure the paYlTent of the Note, with interest as provided therein, the <br /> <br />payment of all other sums, with interest advanced by f40rtgagee to protect the <br />security of this r'lortgage, and the performance of the covenants and agreements <br />of the Mortgagor contained herein, Mortgagor does hereby mortgage and convey to <br /> <br />Mortgagee the following property located in Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S~NEi) of Section 8; <br />and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S~NWi) of <br />Section 9, all in Township 11 North, Range 11, West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, <br />easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances located thereon or in anywise pertaining <br />thereto, and the rents, issues and profits, reversions and remainders thereof, all of <br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, is hereby declared to be a part <br />of the real estate secured by the lien of this 11ort.gage and all of the foregoing being <br />referred to herein as the "Property". <br /> <br />~lortgagor further convenants and agrees with Mortgagee, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
