<br />I~Y B. BUHLKE, of Fresno, County of Fresno, State of California,
<br />have made, constituted and appointed, and by these, presents do
<br />make, constitute and appoint LEE E. BUHLKE of Grand Island in the
<br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in
<br />fact, for me and in my name and stead, and to my use, to sign my
<br />name with full legal binding effect on all written documents,
<br />deeds, real estate contracts, listing agreements, leases and all
<br />other written instruments and papers related to the sale of that
<br />real estate described as:

<br />Lot One Hundred Fifty-Nine (159) in West Lawn
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;

<br />hereby giving unto my said attorney in fact, full authority and
<br />power to do everything whatsoever requisite or necessary to be
<br />done in the premises, as fully as I could or might do if person-
<br />ally present, with full power of substitution and revocation,
<br />hereby confirming and ratifying all that my said attorney in fact
<br />shall lawfully do or cause to be done, hereunder. This Power of
<br />Attorney shall not be affected by my subsequent disability or
<br />incompetency.
