Ahlschwede, as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of First National Bank of Grand Island, as BENEFICIARY, dated December 9, 1983, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83-006496, has been partially paid, and the BENEFICIARY has reqUested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the BENEFICIARY, the TRUSTEE reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the TRUSTEE pursuant to the Trust Deed in the following: A tract of land compr~s~ng a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEil of Section 24, Township 12 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said NEi, the East i corner of said Section; thence running on an assumed bearing of N 90" 00' OO"W on the South line of said NEi for a distance of 1992.47 feet; thence N 00" 00' OO"E for 240.00 feet; thence N 90" 00' OO"E for 280.00 feet; thence N 00" 00' 00" E for 250.00 feet; thence N 900 00' OO"E for 408.25 feet; thence S 00" 00' OO"W for 20.00 feet; thence 900 00' OO"E for 1308.75 feet to a point on the East line of said NEi; thence S 000 33' 07"W for 470.02 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 20.23 acres more or less, the Easterly 33.00 feet thereof being County road right-of-way.
