<br />88-105730 <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />N. THEODORA KIRKPATRICK, An Unremarried Widow, herein called the <br />Grantor, in consideration of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />received from Grantees, does grant, sell, bargain and convey and <br />confirm unto the Grantees, DALE L. SKOW and SHIRLEY M. SKOW, Husband <br />and Wife, as Joint Tenants with rights of survivorship, the following <br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot One (1) in Kirkpatrick Subdivision in the <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Grantor by these presence does further grant and convey to the <br />Grantees an exclusive and perpetual easement over and across the <br />Westerly Eight (8) feet of Lot Two (2) in Kirkpatrick Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, for the installation, <br />maintenance and repair of a sanitary sewer service for the exclusive <br />use by the owners of Lot One (1) in Kirkpatrick Subdivision to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The above Grantees shall have and hold the above described premises <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever. <br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees and with their <br />assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them <br />that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are <br />free from encumbrances except a Subdivision Agreement of record <br />for Kirkpatrick Subdivision; that Grantor has good right and <br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants <br />and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever. <br /> <br />Dated this ~ day of October, 1988. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />11 THEODORA~RK ATRI K <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />)ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />~ The foregping instrument was acknowledged before me on the <br />:JO day of Octob.r , 1988, by N.
