McLamb, husband and <br />wife, as joi~t tenants and not as tenants in common, Grantor, are <br />the owners of that property described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Nineteen (19) in Morrill's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall county, <br />Nebraska; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark J. Bixenmann and Carolyn L. Bixenmann, husband <br />and wife, Grantee, are the owners of that property described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot Six (6) in Block Nineteen (19) in Morrill's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a shed primarily located in the northeast <br />corner of Lot 6 in Block 19 which encroaches upon Lot 7 in Block <br />19 in Morrill's Addition by three-tenths of a foot at the south <br />end of the shed and four-tenths of a foot at the north end of the <br />shed and Ronald S. Depue', attorney for Mark J. Bixenmann and <br />Carolyn L. Bixenmann, husband and wife, has requested that a <br />written easement be granted authorizing the continued encroach- <br />ment upon Lot 7 in Block 19 even though the shed has been so <br />located for far more than ten years last past; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid <br />by the Grantee to the Grantor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it known that J. Charles McLamb and Ronda <br />R. McLamb, husband and wife, hereby and by these presents do <br />grant a permanent easement to Mark J. Bixenmann and Carolyn L. <br />Bixenmann, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants <br />in common, and their successors in interest in and to Lot 6, <br />Block 19, Morrill's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, a perpetual easement upon, over and across the <br />northwest corner of Lot 7 in Block 19, Morrill's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, extending four-tenths <br />of a foot in an easterly and westerly direction and 6.5 feet in a <br />northerly and direction for the continued location of a portion <br />of a shed that is presently located thereon, which easement right <br />shall permit the grantees additional access upon Lot 7 in Block <br />19, Morrill's Addition for the maintenance, repair and replace- <br />ment of such structure providing that the extent of the present <br />encroachment is not increased. <br /> <br />1 Q <br />(}1~' O~j\\' ~ '" '- <br />.
