Blackburn of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee under the Trust Deed dated August 29, 1988, executed by Frank E. Kolar, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 88-104739, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to recon- vey the trust orooerty to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the ~rovisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following de"~ribed real property: Lot Twelve (12), Block One (1), in Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
