DeFREESE, <br /> <br />Respondent. <br /> <br />On January ,1986, this matter came on to be heard <br />before the Court upon the Petition for Dissolution filed <br />herein. <br />Petitioner was present in Court with his counsel of <br />record, lIilliam A. Francis; Respondent was present in Court. <br />Testimony was taken and Exhibit 1, the Property Settle- <br />ment Agreement, was offered by the Petitioner and received <br />into evidence. <br />~he Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties and <br />subject matter of this action, <br />2. The marriage between the parties i~ irretrievably broken <br />and all efforts to reconcile have failed. <br />3. The Property Settlement Agreement, marked Exhibit 1, <br />and attached to this Decree is just and equitable. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED: <br />1. That the marriage between Petitioner and Respondent <br />is hereby dissolved, <br />2. The Property Settlement Agreement, Exhibit 1, which <br />is attached hereto is approved in full and made a part of <br />this Decree. <br />3. The Petitioner is required to furnish the Clerk of <br />
