<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WlIEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by WARREN M. BURKE and MARIA J. BURKE, husband and
<br />wife, to VINCENT L. DOWDING, Attorney At Law, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HAROLD GREEN, JR. and DELORES GREEN, husband and wife,
<br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship, the beneficiaries
<br />named therein, dated June 23, 1988, and recorded June 27, 1988,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of lia11 County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 88-103453, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiaries named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but
<br />only as to such premises;
<br />
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), Kentish Hills Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
