The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City Council on July 1B, 1988, enacted Ordinance No. 7478 <br />which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below <br />and the manner and terms thereof. <br /> <br />2. Ordinance No. 7478 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice'of such sale and <br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent, a newspaper pUblished in and of general circulation <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive <br />weeks, on July 26, August 2, and August g, 1988, all as required <br />by Section 16-202, R,R.S. 1943, as amended. <br /> <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance <br />No. 7478. <br /> <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7478 provides that if no <br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to DONALD EDWARD <br />PREISENDORF and DONNA J, PREISENDORF a deed for said real estate, <br />and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without <br />further action on behalf of the City council. <br /> <br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) received from <br />the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and <br />confirm unto <br /> <br />DONALD EDWARD PREISENDORF and DONNA J. PREISENDORF, <br /> <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, <br />the following described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Regency By The Green Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees, their heirs, devisees, executors, <br />
