<br />88__105532 <br /> <br />DEED <br /> <br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City council on August 15, 19BB, enacted ordinance No. 7487 which <br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and <br />the manner and terms thereof. <br /> <br />2. Ordinance No. 7487 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive <br />weeks, on August 23, August 30, and september 6, 1988, all as <br />required by section 16-202, R.R.S. lS43, as amended. <br /> <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance <br />No. 7487. <br /> <br />4. section 5 of Ordinance No. 7487 provides that if no <br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to STEVEN PHILLIPS <br />RASMUSSEN and VICKIE K. RASMUSSEN, a deed for said real estate, <br />and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without <br />further action on behalf of the City Council. <br /> <br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) <br />received from the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey, and confirm unto STEVEN PHILLIPS RASMUSSEN and VICKIE K. <br />RASMUSSEN, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of <br />survivorship, the following described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Twenty-five (25), Regency By The Green Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto <br />
