88__105532 DEED 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City council on August 15, 19BB, enacted ordinance No. 7487 which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. 2. Ordinance No. 7487 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks, on August 23, August 30, and september 6, 1988, all as required by section 16-202, R.R.S. lS43, as amended. 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7487. 4. section 5 of Ordinance No. 7487 provides that if no remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to STEVEN PHILLIPS RASMUSSEN and VICKIE K. RASMUSSEN, a deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council. 5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) received from the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto STEVEN PHILLIPS RASMUSSEN and VICKIE K. RASMUSSEN, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, the following described real estate: Lot Twenty-five (25), Regency By The Green Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
