<br />WHCREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until August 1 ,
<br />1990 , and has agreed to pay int~rcst at the rate of 13.50 '& per annum On the unpaid balance
<br />an~aid Bank has consented to 50 extend the time of payment:

<br />NOll, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above-described mortgage/
<br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as
