Schuff <br />Residuary Trust created pursuant to Article VII of the Last will <br />and Testament of Henry A. Schuff dated November 11, 1983 as <br />amended by Codicil dated November 29, 1986, GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
