88- 105470 ~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this ~ day of October, 1988, upon the pleadings and the evidence, and the Court finds as follows: 1. This Court has jurisdiction of these proceedings. 2. Proper sel~ice by publication as ordered by this Court has been had, and proof thereof is on file herein. 3. No Defendant has pled or answered herein, and all Defendants are in default for failure to so plead or answer. 4. Upon consideration of the pleadings and evidence, the Court finds that the allegations in Plaintiff's Petition are true. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: l. The findings set forth above are incorporated in this Order as fully as if restated herein. 2. The Plaintiff is the sole and exclusive owner of the premises which are the subject of this action, namely: A tract of land in Hall County, Nebraska, comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWiNEi) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Twelve (12) North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of Second Addition to cairol also being the west line of an alley 1 said point being in the center of Medina Street 1 thence running Westerly along the prolongation of the center line of Medina Street, a distance of One Hundred seventy-six (176.0) Feetl thence running Southerly and parallel to the West line of said alley, a distance of Two Hundred Thirty-One and Five Tenths (231.5) Feet; thence running easterly and parallel to the prolongation of r.he center line of Medina Street, a distance of One Hundred Seventy-Six (176.0) Feet to a point on the West line of said alleYI thence running Northerly along and upon the west line of said alley, a distance of Two Hundred Thirty-One and Five Tenths (231.5) Feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.935 acres, more or less.
