<br />You are hereby notified that on the ~- day of
<br />October, 1988, The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against Janice C.
<br />Hollers, also known as Janice C. James and Doug Hollers, wife and
<br />husband, et al., Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to
<br />foreclose certain Mortgages of $13,100.00 and $5,000.00, plus
<br />accruing interest thereon on the following described real estate,
<br />to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), in Nagy's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />by the Defendant, Janice C. Hollers on the 26th day of February,
<br />1975 and on the 18th day of July, 1983, to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska and that said
<br />mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on February 27, 1975 and July 22,
<br />1983 and duly recorded at Book 168, Page 178 and with regard to
<br />the Mortgage filed as Document No. 83-003874, respectively, of
<br />the Mortgage Records of said county thereof.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $10,090.54 and
<br />$5,445.12 on said mortgage, plus interest thereon and the bond it
<br />was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate
<br />above described to satisfy the amount found due on its mortgage
<br />and interest and costs of that action.
