<br />WHEREAS, Ihs payment and psrformanc~ of said promissory note Is sscured by a reatestalemortgage recorded
<br />on the Hthlay 01 Ootober , 19~, In the olllce olrhe Register 01 Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebrasks, on Document No, 827oo44~; and

<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested and desires a modification andlor extension of the terms and provisions of
<br />said promissory nole and mortgage, and Mortgagee Is agreeable 10 the same upon the terms arid conditions
<br />hereinafter contained.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Ihis Agreement:
<br />
<br />,. The parties stipulate and agree that the terms and provisions of the above-descrlbed promissory note are hereby
<br />modified andlor extended to provide that the unpaid balance thereon shall be payable as follow:
<br />
<br />Monthly payments of $3,000.00 applied first to itnerest and then principal beginning
<br />November 1, 1988, with a final payment of accrued interest and remaining principal
<br />due OCtober 1, 1989.
<br />
<br />The interest shall be .25% above PNB reference rate adjusted quarterly beginning
<br />January 1, 1989.
<br />and that said real estate mortgage Is amended accordingly.
<br />
<br />2. As modified and/or extended by this Agreement, the promissory nole and mortgage are hereby ratified and
<br />confirmed, and if the terms and provisions contained in said promissory note and mortgage in any way conflict
<br />with lhe terms and provisions contained in 1hls Agreement, 1he terms and provisions herein cuntained shall prevail.
<br />
<br />3. This Agreement shall be binding on Ihe heirs, personal representatives. successors and assigns of the
<br />respective parties.
