<br />88-405358 <br /> <br />DEED OF TRUST DEED TRUSTEE <br /> <br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />Paul J. LaPuzza, Trustee, hereinafter referred to as <br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, <br />hereby grants and conveys to Nebraska Investment Finance <br />Authority, herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or <br />warranty expressed or implied, all of the following described real <br />estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOTS FOUR ( 4 ) AND FIVE ( 5) IN BLOCK ONE ( 1) IN ROUSH <br />SUBDIVISION A RE SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 543 FEET OF <br />LOTS ONE (1) THRU FIFTEEN (15) INCLUSIVE OF MATTHEWS <br />SUBDIVISION OF PART OF NW1/4 OF SECTION 27 IN TOWNSHIP <br />11 NORTH RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA: <br /> <br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on <br />Grantor by that Trust Deed dated the 9th day of November, 19B1, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on the loth day of November, 19B1, as Document <br />No. 81-005671 of the mortgage records of said county, which Deed <br />of Trust was assigned to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority <br />f/k/a Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, between Arthur C. Sims and <br />Sharon K. sims, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, Paul J. LaPuzza, <br />Trustee and Five Points Bank, as beneficiary, wherein the <br />Trustors granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts <br />tnerein expressed. the prope~ty hereinabove described to secure. <br />among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and <br />interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms <br />thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in <br />the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach <br />and default by the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust <br />Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed <br />by the Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at <br />which sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the <br />Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by Law. <br />
