LaPuzza, Trustee, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, hereby grants and conveys to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate, to-wit: LOTS FOUR ( 4 ) AND FIVE ( 5) IN BLOCK ONE ( 1) IN ROUSH SUBDIVISION A RE SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 543 FEET OF LOTS ONE (1) THRU FIFTEEN (15) INCLUSIVE OF MATTHEWS SUBDIVISION OF PART OF NW1/4 OF SECTION 27 IN TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA: this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by that Trust Deed dated the 9th day of November, 19B1, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the loth day of November, 19B1, as Document No. 81-005671 of the mortgage records of said county, which Deed of Trust was assigned to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority f/k/a Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, between Arthur C. Sims and Sharon K. sims, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, Paul J. LaPuzza, Trustee and Five Points Bank, as beneficiary, wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts tnerein expressed. the prope~ty hereinabove described to secure. among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by Law.
