PARTRIDGE and DOROTHY PARTRIDGE, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: All of our right, title, claim and interest in and to the Northwest Quarter (NW%) of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., including Lots One (1) and rwo (2) on Mainland and Lots Two (2) and Three (3) on Island, except the portions thereof described in the deeds recorded in Book 176 at Page 476 and in Book 177 at Page 100 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska. The purpose and intention of this deed is to place all of Grantors' real estate in joint tenancy with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, subject to encumbrances of record and prior deeds to county of Hall for road purposes.
