<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Associates National Mortgage
<br />Corporation, Plaintiff, and George R. Leetch, a single person,
<br />Defendant, at the January 1988, term of said Court, Associates
<br />National Mortgage Corporation, did obtain a Decree finding that
<br />there is due from George R. Leetch, the sum of Fifty-Eight
<br />Thousand Six Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents
<br />($58,613.33), and costs of suit; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in
<br />default of the payment of the sum so found due by the said George
<br />R. Leetch, that the appointed Master Commissioner should cause
<br />the lands and tenements hereinafter described .to be advertised
<br />and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said
<br />William A. Francis, Master Commissioner in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />under and by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to
<br />him duly directed, did on September 7, 1988, at the Hall County
<br />Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall,
<br />having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br />said sale by publication once in each week for four consecutive
<br />weeks in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said
<br />County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Sheri
<br />L. Comp and Fern A. Place, as joint tenants, for the sum of Twenty-
<br />Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00), which sale was
<br />afterward on September 22, 1988, examined and confirmed and the
<br />said William A. Francis as such Master Commissioner, ordered to
<br />convey said premises in fae simple title to the purchaser, to-wit:
<br />Sheri L. Comp and Fern A. Place, as joint tenants.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, William A. Francis, Master Commi.ssioner
<br />i.n the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in consideration of the
<br />premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and
<br />the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to
<br />Sheri L. Comp and Fern A. Place, the premises so as aforesaid
<br />sold, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Nine (9) and the West One-Half (W~) of
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Eight (8), in BoSgs and
<br />Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Ball County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Sheri L. Comp and Fern
<br />A. Place, as joint tenants, and to them and their use and
<br />behoof forever.
