Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a <br />certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated May 21, 1982 wherein SUSIE <br />R. GONZALES, JOE M. GONZALES, AND GUILLERMO GARCIA, are designated as <br />Trustors-Borrowers, JOSEPH H. BADAMI is designated as Trustee, and FIRST <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States <br />Corporation, is designated ss Beneficiary-Lender. Said Deed of Trust was <br />filed for record in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on May 21, 1982, in Document No. 82-002032. Said Deed of Trust grsnts to <br />Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the power and sale over the following'described <br />property: <br /> <br />Lots One Hundred Sixty-seven (167) and One Hundred <br />Sixty-eight (168), Belmont, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustors-Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust and <br />accompany promissory note by failing to pay the monthly installments of <br />principal and interest of $446.00 for the months of May, June, July, August <br />and September, 198B. as agreed upon in said promissory note. As a result of <br />this breach, said Trustee, Joseph H.
