<br />88- 105086 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />WHEREAS, Jerrold H. Jenson and Sally J, Jenson, husband <br />and wife, as Trustors, on June 27, 1983, made, executed, and <br />delivered to Stewart Title Guaranty Company, as Trustee, a Deed <br />of Trust covering the following described property, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot Eleven (11), Western Heights Second <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was given as' security for <br />the payment of a certain note on the same date by Jerrold H. <br />Jenson and Sally H. Jenson, husband and wife, to Superior Mort- <br />gage, Inc., the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of <br />Trust was recorded on June 28, 1983, in the office of the Regis- <br />ter of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No, 83-003408 at <br />of the Mortgage Records; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Superior Mortgage, Inc. duly executed <br />a written Assignment of the Deed of Trust to Norwest Mortgage, <br />Inc. on June 27, 1983, and thereupon delivered the Deed of Trust <br />and said written Assignment thereof to Norwest Mortgage, Inc. in <br />the regular course of business and for a valuable consideration, <br />which Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on June 28, <br />1983, as Document No. 83-005393 of the Mortgage Records; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Norwest Mortage, Inc. duly executed a <br />written Assignment of the Deed of Trust to The Lomas & Nettleton <br />Company on February 28, 1985, and thereupon delivered the Deed of <br />Trust and said written Assignment thereof to The Lomas & <br />Nettleton Company in the regular course of business and for a <br />valuable consideration, which Assignment of Deed of Trust was <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on September 3, 1985, as Document No. 85-004260 of the <br />Mortgage Records; and <br />WHEREAS, sometime after the execution and delivery of <br />the Deed of Trust and Note and prior to the maturity dates <br />thereof, Jerrold H. Jenson and Sally H. Jenson, husband anu 'iJife, <br />transferred and conveyed the Property to Farid Zarasvand and <br />Debra Lee Zarasvand, who are now the owners and holders of record <br />title thereto; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Lomas & Nettleton Company d~ly <br />executed a Substitution of Trustee on June 20, 1988, remO\'1ng <br />Stewart Title Guaranty Company as original Trustee and appointing <br />Kevin L. Reiner, Attorney at Law as successor Trustee, which <br />Substitution of Trustee was recorded in the office of the Regis- <br />ter of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on August 19, 1988, as <br />Document 88-104577 of the Miscellaneous Records; and <br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation for which the trust <br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, to wit: Farid <br />Zarasvand and Debra Lee Zarasvand have wholly failed, neglected, <br />and refused to pay the principal and interest due for the months <br />
