Additional land adjacent to Coach Place Subdivision may be annexed by the Declarant or their assigns to the properties without the consent of the members of the Association within five (5) years of the date of this instrument by executing and racording with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, an express written Supplementary Declaration describing such property and extending to each of the lots so annexed all of the conditions and other terms set out in this Declaration with only such complementary additions and modifications as may be appropriate, convenient or necessary for accomodation of the different character of such property but not inconsistent with the residential character of Coach Place Subdivision.
