88- 105068 CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the conditional assignment to The Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska (Secured Party), by John R. Gunderson and Carol J. Gunderson (Debtors), of a Lease dated September 9, 19BB, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor and John R. Gunderson & Carol J. Gunderson are the Lessee, such Lease commenced April 16, 19BO, and terminates April 15, 2015 and pertains to: Lot 3, located on the North side of the East portion of Kuester's Lake, having a lake frontage of 46 feet, and being a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~SW%) of Section 13, ~ownship 11, Range 9, in Hall County, NE, bounded on the northerly side by the common road and as shown on a plat in Lessor's possession. Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents, was given by said Debtors to The Five Points Bank, Grand ISland, Nebraska (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $25,000.00, and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above-described premises and securing payment of said note ( bond) .
