If Mortgagors fail to pay sucb sums, prior to tbe.expiration of <br />such ~riod, Mortgagee may, without further notice or demand on Mortgagors, <br />revoke any remedies permitted by Paragraph 7 herein. <br />6. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS.
