<br />HAROLD GREEN, JR. and DELORES GREEN, husband and wife, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Hundred Twenty-three Thousand Three Hundred Ten and No/100 Dollars
<br />($123,310.00) received from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto JAMES D. RILEY and DAN RILEY, as
<br />tenants in common, the following described real estate situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />4, on Mainland, excepting however, a parcel of land
<br />containing 100 and a fractional acres, off and along
<br />the North side of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Mainland,
<br />Section Seventeen (17), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said
<br />Section Seventeen (17), running thence East to its
<br />Northeast Corner, Five Thousand Three Hundred Nine
<br />Feet (5,309'); thence South along its East line Four
<br />Hundred Thirty-eight Feet (438'); thence in a South-
<br />westerly direction to a point in its West line which
<br />lies One Thousand Two Hundred Three Feet (1,203')
<br />South of the place of beginning: thence North One
<br />Thousand Two Hundred Three Feet (1,203') to said
<br />place of beginning (containing 100 and a fractional
<br />acres), all in Section Seventeen (17), Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with
<br />all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
<br />unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and assigns forever. And
<br />we hereby covenant with the said Grantees and with their heirs and
<br />assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are
<br />free from encumbrance and that we have good right and lawful authority
<br />to sell the same: and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the
<br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right,

<br />Grantors hereby reserve ~ petrole rights in the
