<br />Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:

<br />1. llirtgagor has executed WId delivered to Mortgagee a real estate
<br />lIDrtgage dated SeptElJlber I, 1978, and recorded on September 5, 1978 as
<br />DocIment No. 78-005746 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of a certain lIDrtgage note for $144,000.00, a valid
<br />subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the ranainder of the
<br />principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the tel1DS
<br />of the aforementioned real estate IIDrtgage, lIDdified and payable in the
<br />following manner:
<br />
<br />A mortgage note dated September I, 1978, on which a
<br />principal balance of $105,647.96 now ranains unPaid,
<br />will be repaid with monthly payments of $1,365.92
<br />applied first to interest and balance to principal,
<br />beginning October 10, 1988 and continuing on the 10th
<br />day of every month until Septanber 10, 1993, at which
<br />time a balloon payment of the ranaining unpaid principal
<br />balance and accrued interest will be due. Interest will
<br />accrue frail September 10, 1988 at the rate of 10.75% per
<br />annum on the unpaid baiance until paid.
<br />
<br />2. All other tel1DS and conditions contained in the original
<br />real estate lIDrtgage dated September 1, 1978, shall ranain the same, and
<br />this Modification Agreanent is made a part of the original real estate
<br />mortgage by reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and
<br />their heirs.
<br />
