If there shall be a default under <br />any of the provisions of this mortgage resulting In a public sale <br />of the premises covered hereby, or if the Mortgagee acquires the <br />propcny otherwise after defaull. the Mortgagee shall apply. at <br />the lime of the commencement of such proceedings. or at the <br />lime Ihe property is otherwise acquired, the balance then remain- <br />ing in Ihe funds accumulated under (b) of paragraph 2 preceding, <br />as a credil againsl the amount of principal then remaininB. unpaid <br />under said note, and shall properly adjwt any payments which <br />shall have been made under (0) of parasraph 2. <br /> <br />4.
