<br />88- 104957 <br /> <br /> <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 8th day of <br />September , 19 88 , by and between HOME l"EDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", <br />and Thomas M. Farr and 80nita J. Farr, Husband and Wife <br />hereinafter refer.red to as lIBorrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto <br />Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust upon that real <br />estate described as: <br /> <br />Lot F(1Jr (4), Island Acres Nunber Nine (9) and addition to the City of Grand <br />Island. Hall C(1Jnty. Nebraska. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust was dated September 1 ,l987 , and filed for <br />record on Sept 8 , 19 87, in the office ofthe Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87-105364 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust had a stated maturity date of <br />Sept 1 , 19~1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew <br />and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in conaideration of such renewal and <br />extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with <br />NEB. REV. STAT. S 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br />Deed of Trust above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the <br />above-described Deed of Trust is hereby extended to Sept. <br />19~. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFl"ECTIVENESS. Except as specifically <br />modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants <br />and conditions contained in the above-described Deeo of Trust <br />shall remain in full force and effect as security for the <br />remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
