<br />88-104860 <br /> <br />FHA ASSUMPTION PROVISION <br /> <br />Mortgage Rider <br /> <br />The rider, dated the 25th <br /> <br />day of August <br /> <br />, 1988, amends the <br /> <br />Kortgage of even date by and between Joseph Maria Sanchez and <br />Ventura Cecelia Sanchez, Husband and Wife <br /> <br />and the Mortgagee, WESTERN SECURITIES COMPANY <br /> <br />, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
