<br />MASTER COMMiSSiONER'S DEED <br /> <br />88_ 104836 <br /> <br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, wherein COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, was <br />Plaintiff snd WILLIAM R. RITTER and MANOLA R. RITTER, were Defendants, <br />being filed as Case No, 94-073, there was entered, on June 3, 1988, a <br />Decree of foreclosure finding that there was due Plaintiff the sum set <br />forth in Plaintiff's Petition, and unless Defendants, or one of them, <br />within twenty days from the date of said Decree pays to Plaintiff, the <br />amount so found due .with interest and costs, that David C. Huston, Master <br />Commissioner, should sell as upon execution, according to law, the real <br />estate hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, default having been <br />did, on August 3, 1988, having <br />time and place of said sale as <br />public auction to COMMERCIAL <br />Plaintiff herein; and <br /> <br />made therein, <br />first given due <br />provided by law, <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS <br /> <br />the Master Commissioner <br />and legal notice of the <br />sell said property at <br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said sale was afterwards and on August 29, 1988, duly <br />examined and confirmed by said Court and said Master Commissioner was then <br />and there ordered and directed by said Court to execute and deliver to <br />said Purchaser a deed conveying said property in fee simple to said <br />Purchaser. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, David C. Huston, Master Commissioner, in <br />consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the powers vested in me <br />by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and said Decree of foreclosure of <br />said Court and the Order confirming said sale, and in order to carry into <br />effect the sale so made as aforesaid, and in consideration of the sum of <br />$12,585.00, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, do hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, and to its successors and assigns forever, the <br />following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Seven 171 in Block Ninety-One (91) in Wheeler and Bennett's <br />Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />the saae being the property that was sold as aforesaid, and the same <br />being the premises described in said Decree. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION, and its successors and assigns, forever. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS ~HEREOF, <br />my hand this ~ day of <br /> <br />I have, as such Master Commissioner, <br /> <br />August, ~rU <br /> <br />Master Commissioner <br /> <br />hereto set <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRAS~ , <br />)ss: <br />COUNTY 0":- HALL ) <br /> <br />-~ On this ~ay of August, 1988, before me, a Notary Public in <br />lan~ for' .aid County, personally came David C.
