<br />88- 10473~ <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SUIT <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that on Aug. 30, 19BB, <br />Associates National Mortgage Corporation, as Plaintiff, filed its <br />Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against <br />Roger E. Sorensen and Janet M. Sorensen, husband and wife, and <br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Aspociation, as Defendants, <br />the object and prayer of said Petition being to foreclose a real <br />estate mortgage held by Plaintiff on the following described <br />property, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot Fifty Three (53), in <br />Subdivision, in the Village <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />Agro Fourth <br />of AIda, Hall <br /> <br />which mortgage was given by the said Roger E. Sorens~n and Janet <br />M. Sorensen in favor of Commercial Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association on May 24, 19B3, and subsequently assigned to <br />Plaintiff on October 26, 19B4. Said Mortgage was recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May <br />27, 19B3, as Document No. B3-002659, and the assignment thereof <br />was recorded in said office on February B, 19B5, as Document No. <br />85-000669 of the Mortgage Records.
