ANMC v, Pearson 001821-8 88_104725 SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE 1. ~: The Note is a certain mortgage note (hereinafter "Note") executed and delivered by Joel A. Pearson and Beverly Jean Pearson, then husband and wife, to Commercial Federal Sav- ings & Loan Association, dated November 2, 1983, in the principal sum of $30,450,00. Before the maturity of Note, on or about October 26, 1984, Note was duly endorsed, sold and delivered to Associates National Mortgage Corporation (hereinafter "ANMC") for valuable consideration and Associates National Mortgage Corpora- tion is the owner and holder thereof. 2. Mortaaae: The Mortgage is a certain mortgage (herein- after "Mortgage") securing Note, executed and delivered by Joel A. Pearson and Beverly Jean Pearson, then husband and wife, as mortgagors, to Commercial Federal Savings 80 Loan Association, whereby they mortgaged and conveyed the following described real property, to wit: Lots One (1) and Two ( 2 ) , Block Nine ( 9 ) , Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. Said Mortgage is dated November 2, 1983,' and was recorded on November 2, 1983, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. B3-005B91 of the Mortgage Records, and was subsequently assigned to Associates National Mortgage Corporation by written assignment dated October 26, 19B4, and recorded on February B, 1985, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. B5-0006BO of the Mortgage Records. 3. Satisfaction: Note has been satisfied and Mortgage is hereby declared fully satisfied and released.
