<br />Edward F, Desch and Lois M, Desch, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of FORTY TWD THOUSAND DOLLARS

<br />person, convey.to GRANTEE the following described real estate (as

<br />easements of record, visible easements, and zoning laws, rules
<br />and regulations ordinances,

<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE, jointly and severally, as
