88_ 104681 MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED UNDER ORDER OF SALE WHEREAS, by decree of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, entered on the 26th day of April, 1988, in a cause pending in said Court wherein Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, a corporation, Plaintiff, and Kevin D. Lintner, et al., Defendants, Case No. 91-164, the undersigned, the Master Com- missioner, wss commanded to sell the resl estate hereinafter described st public ssle in the event redemption was not made as provided by said decree; snd, WHEREAS, no redemption having been made the undersigned proceeded to sell the real estate hereinafter described at public sale to the grantee hereinafter named; and, WHEREAS, said sale was confirmed by Order of Court on the !i!..L day of July, 1988; and the undersigned ordered and directed to convey the real estate herein- after described to the purchaser~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Fifty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Five and 10/100 Dollars ($57,775.10) bid and paid by the grantee, the undersigned does hereby grant, dell and convey to the said GENERAL ELECTRIC MORTGAGE SECURITIES CO., tbe premises pursuant to said sale, to-wi.: Lot Eight (8) in Block One Hundred Thirty (130), in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County.
