That she resides at 806 East Ninth Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and is the surviving spouse of Jerry C. Terry who died on the 27th day of July, 1988. 2. No proceedings for administration of the Estate of Jerry C. Terry has been commenced and none is contemplated. He died intestate. 3. The only property in which Jerry C. Terry had an interest at the time of his death was property owned in joint tenancy by him with his widow, this Affiant, Lydia L. Terry. Such property included the following described real estate: ~ Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), the Southerly 16 feet of ko~ ~An~ (9), the Northerly 17 feet of Lot Nine (9r:f,"Lo't.!TTen (10), and Eleven (11), all in Block Six (6), in Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Five (5), in Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska: and Lots Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Two (2) in Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 4. All such jointly owned property, being owned in joint tenancy with this Affiant, Lydia L. Terry, is exempt from Nebraska Inheritance Tax inasmuch as the same passed to the surviving spouse of the decedent. 5. The total gross value of all assets subject to consider- ation for Federal Estate Tax purposes is less than $600,000; and, thus, no Federal Estate Tax nor Nebraska Estate Tax is owing herein, and no Federal Estate Tax return need be filed.
