<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br /> <br />88-104623 <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed <br />executed by KENNETH L. SHRIVER and ALICE J. SHRIVER, Husband and <br />Wife, to RICHARD J. BUTLER, Attorney at Law, for the benefit of <br />HOLDREGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, the Beneficiary named therein <br />dated March 11, 1988, and recorded the 15th day of March, 1988, <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska, <br />Instrument No. 88-101244 and assigned by that certain Assignment <br />of Trust Deed executed by HOLDREGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION to <br />BURLINGTON EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION, dated the lIth day of March, <br />1988, and recorded the 15th day of March, 198a, in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. <br />88-101248, has been paid and said Beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered <br />as confirmed by its endorsement below; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as <br />to such premises as more particularly described on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference thereto. <br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />
