<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />The Lomas & Nettleton Company, Beneficiary under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated June 27, 1983, and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska, on June 28, 1983,
<br />as document No. 83-003408, wherein Jerrold H. Jenson and Sally H.
<br />Jenson. husband and wife, jointly and each in their own right,
<br />are Trustors; Stewart Title Guarantee company is Trustee and
<br />Superior Mortgage Inc. is Beneficiary, and, covering the
<br />following described property, to wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Western Heights Second Sub-
<br />divison, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and which Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned by Superior
<br />Mortgage Inc., to Norwest Mortgage Inc. by Assignment dated June
<br />28, 1983, and recorded on October 7, 1983, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds 0 f Hall County, Nebraska, as document No.
<br />83-005393, and which Deed of Trust was then subsequently assigned
<br />by Norwest Mortgage Inc. to The Lomas & Nettleton company, by
<br />assignment dated February 28, 1985, and recorded on September 3,
<br />1985 in the of fice of the Register of Dee<l.s of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as document No. 85-004260, does hereby remove Stewart
<br />Title Guarantee Company as Trustee thereunder and does hereby
<br />appoint and substitute Kevin L. Reiner, Attorney at Law, 500
<br />Electric Building, Omaha, Nebraska 68102, as Trustee thereunder.
