<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />The Lomas & Nettleton Company, Beneficiary under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated March 31, 1983, and recorded in the office of
<br />the RE!gister of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 31,
<br />1983, as document No. 83-001523, wherein Edward E. McAleer and
<br />Mary W. McAleer, husband and wife, are Trustors; Stewart Title
<br />Guarantee company is Trustee and Superior Mortgage Inc. is
<br />geneficiary, and, covering the following described property, to
<br />wit:

<br />Lot Eleven (11), in Block Twel're (12), in
<br />college Addition to West Lawn in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and which Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned by supe'f.ror
<br />Mortgage Inc., to Banco Mortgage Company, by Assignment dated.
<br />April 4, 1983, and recorded on April 19, 1983, in the.office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document No.
<br />83-001908, and which Deed of Trust was then subsequently assigned
<br />by Norwest Mortgage Inc. (formerly Banco Mortgage Company) to The
<br />Lomas & Nettleton company, by assignment dated March 31, 1985,
<br />and recorded on August 28, 1985 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as document No. 85-004144, does
<br />hereby remove Stewart Title Guarantee Company as Trustee there-
<br />under and does hereby appoint and substitute Kevin L. Reiner,
<br />Attorney at Law, 500 Electric Building, Omaha, Nebraska 68102, as
<br />Trustee thereunder.
